Tebbutt's VII is situated on the Heritage listed Tebbutt Estate which dates back to 1843 and is located on the Hawkesbury's Peninsula, Windsor. Family owned and operated our property offers a unique scape and history for all celebrations.

Our main dining room creates the setting for an intimate memorable occasion, surrounded by manicured lawns, established gardens and a rural outlook. This along with our observatory (circa 1879) and barn offers many photo opportunities.

Classical heritage ambience, only one hour from Sydney with ample off street parking in a private secluded location. As night falls you and your guests will be given the opportunity to star gaze from the historic Tebbutt's Observatory.

Our observatory was operated in the late 1800's by an Astronomer named John Tebbutt, who discovered two comets form the property and was the first Australian born Astronomer.
For his work in early Southern Sky observations he has been honoured internationally by having a crater on the moon named after him and nationally by being on the first Australian $100.00 note.
